There are dumbbell versions of almost every lift, really deadlifts and back squats are where you miss out. There are kinda ways to do this but eh..

Since you aren't working with as much weight and you can do it at home, you are going to want to emphasize more volume/reps than you would with typical barbell focused programmes. Like pick 2 exercises that work similar muscles and alternate between sets of each of them with only very short rests until you can get to failure. You will usually recover faster so you can do more days in the week too.

Adding to the thread: the majority of the (natty) female ig models have pathetic lifts, yet they look amazing. Im talking 135 lb squat for 10 pathetic. This means any girl with a 6/10 body can get an 8.5/10 body in less than a year, all you need to do is to find a girl that's already into fitness but follows some meme youtuber routine (motivation is already there) and then put her on a proper routine

Insecure men on the other hand though will always try to belittle you, usually in a passive aggressive manner, but mean spirited jokes are also common. The same can be said about your physique, not just your overall attractiveness. It's why high school and college athletes got branded with the douchebag stereotype from skinnyfat nerds despite being some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. It all comes down to insecurities and how each person feels about themselves. Crabs exist in every aspect of society.

It may be a long look but learn more looking for it, and it is still on the internet just hidden a bit

Not only it's a long look, but oftentimes it doesn't give you the info you were looking for. My point is, it's closer to 80% rather than 99.999%.

Some things just aren't on the internet. Some were never put on here, some just died with the last seeder or the last hosting payment.

Hell, it doesn't even have to be something as obscure as I mentioned. Sometimes it's a pain in the ass to find a pdf guide for a washing machine.

I read everywhere on the internet that people got "humbled" and aren't optimistic anymore for the new year. For me it's the exact opposite. This is the first time I'm like "this year is gonna be fricking great". I've already found and start using a fantastic supplement for my anxiety and just reached my old pr in weighted push ups. My life is improving hard.

I think Silverbacktarzan is a pretty cool guy. He trains hard, paraglides and sees the light in the rain.

I just started trying to get into doing pull ups a few months ago. Why are my forearms still so sore after every workout?

My guess would be they're just weak comparatively, my forearms get really pumped after pull ups. I just got into them as well, got a pull up bar for my birthday a few months ago and I've been steadily improving. Yesterday I put a resistance band around the bar and put my feet into it. I was able to really practice the full ROM and form while taking some of the weight off. I'm going to progress to one foot, then no feet eventually. I fricking love pull ups, it has to be my favorite exercise of all time already and I can't even do 5 reps unassisted lol. My arms, shoulders, abs and back look incredible every single time I do them. Maybe try some dead hangs in between to strengthen the forerarms though if you think they're weak

Yeah I was thinking of just holding the position at the top to build the muscles at the top.

I could not get my chin over the bar for a month. Now I can almost do 3. And keep doing that until I can't go up anymore.

Enough of this feel good homosexualry.

    >anyone can start lifting, you don't need any prior sports experience

Most sedentary people need serious physical preparation, professional physiotherapy to train without certainty of injury and pain.

    >you can escape skinnyfat mode in less than six months

    2-5 years if done properly.

    >it takes less than a year for people to notice you lift

Sure, even less than that, but don't start lifting if you have terrible posture. You just cement the bad posture. Look at Kevin Hart, absolute question mark of a spine and yet all muscle, still can't move worth a frick.

    >programming as a beginner is piss easy, everything works

Nothing works properly if you are not properly aligned in the first place, your initial gains are all you get and you will plateu very quickly.

    >diet is just as easy, just eat some protein and avoid fast food, candy and soda

You need fiber, avoiding fast food is hard if you can't cook for yourself.

    >you don't need a gym subscription to achieve a decent physique, you can get a good workout even with a pair of dumbbells from home

    That and elastic bands.

    >mires become so common they don't even register anymore

Not really, it's all in your head.

    >people notice you lift even under winter clothes

    No.

    >1/2/3/4 makes you stronger than mostly anyone you'll come across in your daily life

    Even mild exercise does that.

    >once you see results you won't even think about skipping the gym

You will stop seeing results very quickly unless doing things with perfect form.

      >serious physical preparation
I guess it depends on your definition of sedentary, but for the vast majority of people it just takes a little common sense and a slow start. That’s the beauty of lifting. You start at zero and work up at whatever rate works for you. Nobody is injuring themselves with five pound lifts, who wasn’t already severely ill.

Old women lift from day one. You have a serious mental pathology.

I have the muscle defits of an 85 year old cardiovascular patient and basically live like an athlete.

Up from 42 to 47 kgs in a year.

Most of the problems with sedentary can be corrected independently, all you need high rep calisthenics with easier leverages.
Also it pretty easy to diagnose problem in your own body just pay attention to weakness pain or where you were injured in the past.
