You have an e.coli infection because you didnt eat fiber to feed the good bacteria in your gut and so the e.coli has over reproduced into your small intestines. You’ll need antibiotics and a fecal transplant to fix yourself idiot
When you start eating more fat, your body has to produce more bile to process it. If you don't produce enough bile, the fat will run through you and cause diarrhea; if you produce a lot of bile your body may be inefficient at re-absorbing it and then it will go out also in the form of diarrhea. This is part of why carnivore has a 30-60 day adjustment period, your body has to reconfigure this kind of stuff, but it will eventually level out as you acclimate. One thing that can help is eating less rendered fat when you're starting out.

Carnivores will get mad at other carnivores for eating fruit because it's a contentious subject in the carnivore space, but I've never seen a carnivore getting mad at a non-carnivore over eating fruit.
I agree with going low carb for the purpose of losing fat. It has a lot to do with animal fat and protein giving the best satiety per calorie, along with being important for hormonal homeostasis and prevention/mitigation of loss of lean tissue.
But for gaining and especially performance, carbs are paramount. Being bloated and full of water and glycogen is the best for maximum strength efforts.
