    I got down to 6% bf swoletwunk mode pretty much only eating this slop (with rice) but it was untenable long term so don't be autistic about it until the diet collapses and add things one at a time, seeing how they make you feel. (milk, oj, potatoes recommended)

      I don't do memeshit, I just eat a frickton of beef as part of my diet. But it's funnier to say that I do POPAD (pound of porterhouse a day) than >I have a big-ass steak every other day.
      I also eat eggs out of convenience and habit, but due to price controls prime t-bone is cheaper than eggs where I live, and about the same price as porterhouse or ribeye. Thanks socialism!

      I’ve done both steak and eggs and ground beef and the gains from ground beef are noticeably superior, probably because there’s more protein to fat ratio in ground beef. It’s hard to get 100g of protein in a 16oz steak but it’s guranteed in 16oz of lean ground beef
