ate my 1 goyslop reward a month yesterday and today i felt like a total inflated pig. weighted myself at 78kg this morning... likely 80kg by tomorrow, 79kg if im lucky. gonna try to fast until friday and finally break the mental wall of 75kg if i stick to water and kiwis
I was diagnosed with diabetes in early january. I tested my blood sugar because I was pissing a lot and it was like 13. That's enough to start pissing out excess glucose. So I go to the doctor get the tests and my A1C is 11.3 and My fasting glucose is 6.7 after 4 days of fasting and praying. Okay I know the praying doesn't do much. In January I basically ate once every 3 days. In February I ate 14 days on 14 days off. In March I'll have fasted just under half the days. I had my A1C tested again in February and it had come down to 7.7 from 11.3. My physician says she was quite surprised that I'd been able to bring it down that far. My fasting blood sugar in the morning is now between 5:00 and 6:00. So that's the pre-diabetic range which is still bad but it's not as bad as it was. I no longer have to get up to piss twice or three times a night. Take care of yourselves boys, being fat and sick is no way to go through life.
It's not because I don't believe in god, what I meant was that in my case I can't conceive of God or anyone caring about me so I don't really believe it could be the prayer. I'm sure God cares about you and will listen to your prayers. He probably doesn't hate you.
Give me your ultimate fasting tips
Also how long can I fast without worrying?
I've seen people do 40 day water fasts and get rid of all the fat.
Can a beginner do that if they have enough willpower and determination?
How do you make fasting consistent when you're a fat fricking slob with no future?
Ok here goes:
1. Start slow and steady, fast for a day, two at most and then see how you feel. If you're fine then you can extend the time
2. Electrolytes. Once you get into longer fasts, you need to implement electrolytes, plain mineral water won't cut it at this point. You need sodium (Na), potassium (K) calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg). You can get them in the form of various food grade salts and citrates.
3. Getting vitamin C and a good amount of physical activity also helps
Personally I wouldn't fast for more than a week at a time. You need to find what works for you. For me it's a single 3-4 day fast each month. But you can fast 1-2 days each week, fast every other day etc.
Doing alternate daily fasting and feeling way better than with those 48h+ fasts. It also gives you enough time to weight train thoughout the week. I never have problems with my meals since it really allowed me to treat it like the fuel it's supposed to be.
sorry im slow
going to attempt to do another 3 day fast + at least 10k brisk steps a day
hoping to be down to 98-97 pounds. im 100 rn

Started OMADing recently, was curious if drinking tea with erythritol/stevia breaks the fast? I'm getting conflicting responses.

Opinion immediately discarded.
