    before xmas I had a perfect sleep schedule so probably then. I still sleep like 9 hours every night tho its not as good for some reason. My record is 14 hours

    i haven’t slept a full, uninterrupted 8 hours in over 1 year.
    im so tired bros. pretty sure the house im living in has mold growing inside the walls, i wake up every night with a stuffy nose and dry eyes. i cant afford to leave. i am too tired to study, too tired and depressed to change anything. i work 13 hours a day and my commute is one hour. i think about killing myself every day. i wouldn’t wish my situation on anyone. i just wish i could sleep again

      move to the countryside and learn coding or some remote work while living of of welfare. After that get some remote work or become a freelancer of some kind. What youre going through sounds like hell

    I've slept 8 hours today, after a 6 hour nap with 3 hours in between

    ive never slept more than 6 hrs in my life and that was on the 5th day of my vacation once
    i always sleep 4 and feel awful, i dont have sleep apnea, i dont use screens before bed or consume caffeine - i just get worried somethings gonna happen to me while i sleep, like being attacked or something
    ive accepted dying early

    After a good week of lifting and going to school, I let myself get as much sleep as my body demands on friday and saturday night. Could be 11, 12, one time like 13 hours. It clears up all the weekly fatigue build-up and that is definitely when some growth occurs.

    When I was in lockup for a month I slept about 20 hours a day
    After I got out the habit was ingrained in me and I kept doing it for a few months until the habit finally broke

    The longest I remember sleeping is 14 hours the next night after I endured food poisoning in Mexico. Sleeping that long was actually amazing as I felt incredibly well rested afterwards.

    Interesting thread. If I go over 10 hours of sleep I start to feel worse. Ideally, if left to my own devices I sleep about 9 hours and 15 minutes, almost exactly.
