Personally I take a shit once or twice a day, sometimes even less.
Most of the developed countries in dark brown (Spain, France, Italy) drink lots of coffee (which is a mild laxative) and use bidets (which clean far better than TP). So not only do they need to shit more often, but they're probably far more willing to go shit whenever they feel the urge to because they can be totally clean afterwards. Even still, shitting more than 2-3 times a day is insane to me.
