Shit lifestyle probably.
I am a coffeine junkie but I'm energetic without it as well. I only eat once a day, in the evening. I workout fasted as well and do very taxing workouts. I also walk every day through the forest. There's no problem, my body just keeps being better at utilizing fat as I've been keeping up with this routine for close to a year. I'm not even fat, never exceeded 17% this year and at about 11-12% rn. Last december I was working a stressful job, stayed indoors, had a shit lifestyle and what would you know, I was exhausted all the time
Your body craves schedule. Go to bed at the same time every night, if you watch tv before bed turn the tv off at the exact same time every night. And most importantly, wake up at the same time everyday, yes even on weekends.
For me it's the absolute lack of purpose, non existent family, inability to "just believe" in religion and no desire to participate in a society that I hate deeply and feel like is some sci-fi dystopian orwellian experience where everyone around me surely has to be pretending things aren't absolutely moronic as frick and peak clown world. Where everyone is on pharmaceutically prescribed happiness doses they take every day before going to work to make numbers that they exchange for various forms of cope. At least the gym makes me feel good.

Dick too big, takes up all the blood.
8 hours of sleep is a lie I need like 10-11 consistently every day to fully function
if you are anxious a lot it takes its toll on the body and drains you faster of fuel than not.
iam like this and even with perfect 8 hours of sleep when i come home i have to take a 10 minnap to enjoy the rest of the day.
You're not eating enough crabs
You impressed upon your subconsciouss that you are tired, once you rewire your subconsciouss in to thinking you have energy it will be so
No will to live..
