Why am I so dehydrated?

I drink half a gallon of water a day but I just seem to be pissing it out? My skin and hair is so dry its unreal and my lips are always chapped. And I get dehydration headaches if I don't drink every hour.

Are you taking in enough electrolytes?

I'm not sure, actually I don't like the taste of salt much so I barely get that much of it. But sometimes I put a green tea bag or some lemon juice in my water?

Pretty sure that happened to those Chernobyl guys, sorry bro I think you're cooked.

Anyway, I legit have no idea how you fall so far in life that that is your grocery list. I live in America, and was overweight for a good portion of my life, but I never came anywhere NEAR that level of degeneracy. It's abysmal. It's pathetic. And it's like 60% of our country. Idk how much longer this empire of ours is gonna last with a citizen body that thinks consuming that food is ok

      Wait what about chernobyl????

The pic was just for attention, I've tried mt dew once in my life and it made me feel like I was dying. I can't handle caffeine or sugar.

If a soda makes you feel like dying I would suggest going to the doctor because you probably have a lot of issues

Weird thing I figured out when I was having similar problems. It's fixed if you eat soup made with a proper bone broth. Something about it made my body hang onto water properly again. I do a chicken soup for lunches with onions carrots and potatoes. Simple thing. I cook the shit out of the bones of the chicken and end up with a broth like pic related that will be almost like a jell-o out of the fridge. Once heated it's liquid of course.

    - Brown chicken in a bitta oil. I use legs and thighs, you could use a whole chicken for this if you wanted. Bone-in is required.
    - remove chicken once it's brown on the outside. We'll cook it more later.
    - put a diced onion in the pot and use it to scrape off the remaining bits of chicken stuff.
    - once onions are translucent or however cooked you like them, add water. For 4 legs+thighs I use 3ish quarts of water.
    - After chicken is cooked, maybe 20-30 minutes, remove it and take the meat off the bones. Hands work best for this. Save it for adding back in at the end
    - add a tablespoon or so of apple cider vinegar (draws gelatin out of bones) and add your bones back into the liquid. At this point I also add some better than boullion to make it taste even more chickeny.
    - simmer as long as you have time for. 1hr up to all day. You can remove bones or even filter the whole thing when you're done.
    - add carrots and potatoes and chicken pieces from earlier. Cook until done, 10-15m usually. Finish with salt pepper and summer savory.

Pure water is shit for hydration. Like another anon said bone broth is great, coconut water works, fruit is good, or you can add electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) to your water.

Drink more milk and juice, also eat more salt, there’s barely any sodium or potassium in water so of course you’re feeling dehydrated

How much sodium and potassium are you getting? Without enough solutes, your body can't hold onto the right amount of solvent.
It's much more dangerous for your body to over-dilute it's salt and sugar levels than to be dehydrated, so if you're drinking lots of water but not getting enough sugar (whether dietary or gluconeogenesis) + electrolytes, your body will expel the excess water.

You drink too much water and you likely don't eat enough salt and fats
