Gym and a good body is just a starting point to being the best you can. The primary focus should be health. But then after that you still have to work on social skills.

Change your mindset. You're working no your body, now work on your mind.
Just like you do not change overnight from small to big in a gym, social skills need the same work. It means striking up basic convos with strangers, just a minute or two, when you're comfy and can do small talk, it leads to longer convos and actually talking to women you like and getting numbers.
