Why am i stuck at 72kg? Im trying to lose weight and started at 82kg and ive been on the same diet since then, but for the past 3 weeks ive made no progress even though i eat just as much as i did before. I only eat lunch at work and a bowl of cotton cheese before the gym and protein shake and coffee

Are you eating at a sufficient deficit? Or are you actually eating as much as you need for maintenance?
Ive been on exactly the same diet for months and it got me to lose 10kg, my guess is that my body adapted to the diet and is now burning less calories passively. But how do i fix this?

these scales are very inaccurate, 5-10% in most cases. You really don't need to lose more weight, I'd recommed a 2-300 calorie surplus lean bulk to you
just clean bulk 72kg at 6ft is approaching skelly mode
i think you have cut as far as you can at this point, what you can do now is lean bulk and get some good visible gains within 4 months or so
You dont even need to reply,the peoblem is that lunch ,either eat something healthier or if its takeout only eat 1/2 to 3/4 of the meal.
You are at a healthy bf but I know summer is coming and you want those abs so yeah you could lose a couple of kgs of fat and then slowly gain muscle until next summer
