Keep working your lats if you haven't been lifting for long. They will get bigger. But the difference between the 2 guys is genetical. The guy on the left has really high lat insertions and it will never change. If your insertions are similar to his then there isn't much you can do. Keep training though. The bigger and wider your lats get, the better they look, no matter how long or short they are
It’s all about frame and insertions but best bet is start training your lats real hard and really find that squeeze on single arm pulldowns or seated one arm rows
