Why are humans so genetically weak

It seems like every single animal is stronger and faster than us. Chimps can BTFO us and they're half our size. Why TF are humans so weak and slow?

The only person that would get BTFO by a chimp is a manlet manchild like you lmfao

Chimps are 1.5x stronger per lb than the AVERAGE human. The AVERAGE human is a soft, sedentary, weak piece of shit. A highly trained human that does an equivalent amount of physical exercise as a chimp would blow it out the water in terms of raw strength.
Also, remember that the strength comparison of chimps is a per lb basis. Male chimps are 40-60kg and females even smaller, so even an untrained human male will have similar strength to an average chimp in absolute terms.

The average human is already stronger than the average chimp. Humans are quite a bit bigger than chimps and they're not 1.5 times stronger than us it's more like 1.1 times per lb.

        >Since at least the 1920s, it has been reported that common chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes) differ from humans in being capable of exceptional feats of “super strength,” both in the wild and in captive environments. A mix of anecdotal and more controlled studies provides some support for this view; however, a critical review of available data suggests that chimpanzee mass-specific muscular performance is a more modest 1.5 times greater than humans on average
        >Computer simulations of species-specific whole-muscle models indicate that maximum dynamic force and power output is 1.35 times higher in a chimpanzee muscle than a human muscle of similar size.

Yeah biggest difference is imagine a 100lb midget that's almost entirely muscle mass running at you and the first thing he does is bite your dick off.
      Chimps are absolutely terrifying.

      >1.5x stronger per lb
      Urban myth

No, the urban myth was that chimps are 2x or 3x stronger than humans.

We lost strength in exchange for finer motions (making tools, crafting, drawing etc...).

    >every animal
    Wrong
Some animals are stronger, some are faster.
None are as intelligent, and very few are stronger, and faster.

Chimps cant btfo a human, Tyson Fury could kill a chimp bare handed, maybe even 2.

No animal can THROW things as powerfully and as accurately as humans. Our arm and shoulder anatomy has evolved specifically to enable us to throw projectiles at great speed and distance compared to chimps + gorillas.
Sharp claws and teeth mean fuck all when a human can magically punch you from fifty feet away.

We are the absolute kings of cardio, no other animal can compete. Look up persistence hunting.

      >Look up persistence hunting.
      this is an actual myth
it's only possible in an incredibly rare set of environments. it must be incredibly flat and sparsely vegetated, otherwise the prey animal just hides, and it must be hot enough to induce heat exhaustion in the animal but not so hot that humans will dehydrate after a few hours of running

a much better explanation for humans' physiological adaptations for running is that before we were hunters, we were scavengers on the savannah: a tribe of humans would wait for an apex predator to leave a kill, and then run to get the remains, the bones/marrow etc before other scavengers could eat everything
