Kek, I've seen this trend on tiktok. It's such millennial cope.

You guys are not young looking, we all know your age when we see you.

Zoomers actually look alot younger and better because looksmaxxing is popular and also due to phones they sit inside all day avoiding the sun, keeping their skin fresh.

you're a balding, middle-aged doughboy with a flaccid wiener and you shove things up your ass for sexual satisfaction
      stop claiming you're healthy

        >you're a balding,
It's the opposite actually, in fact, when I cut my hair barbershops always complain that I have so much hair kek
And I have sex 3 times a day on average with my gf, yes, no joke
        > Did you guys have active childhoods and do you currently lift?
Last time I hit the gym like 5 months ago, but I'm fit, I go cycling every other day
childhood not very active at all
        > And how is your sugar intake?
I have a sweet tooth, buuuut, I'm the kind of person that never get fat no matter what I eat, I actually go the gym to bulk a little not to lose weight, if that helps

After thirty, that's just a sign that your wiener is still working. Ask women about the “this has never happened to me before” types. These are never the balding guys.

Question for you guys. Did you guys have active childhoods and do you currently lift? And how is your sugar intake?

I wrestled all through childhood then started lifting in High School, and I avoid sugar. I'm convinced that's the key. Our parents generation were as active as us but grew up drinking 5 cokes a day, and the next gen eats healthier like us but isn't near as active and never goes outside to play.

Sugar can be good for you in small doses actually if you're active and taking in sodium. That's actually why Gatorade has sugar, it helps break down the sodium and make it way better for hydration to replenish what you lose when you're sweating.

I believe I learned that from this video about Logan Paul's Prime being a scam.

im 33, married with a child, and look very young for my age. for me personally, it's being very care and stress-free, applying moisturizing cream every day after showers, eating collagen, getting enough sleep, and completely avoiding alcohol. I'm in the sun all day though and if anything this humid air keeps my skin hydrated. Avoiding the sun is a psy-op

I'm 31 now millennial when I was 29 or so if I shaved my face and after hair transplant I got pegged at 21 a few times. I also got a hair transplant. Now I'm looking older but still look in my 20s. I do not drink and don't eat much sugar throughout the day. I also workout and I used to be outside A LOT especially as a young kid.

That picture of Henry is from 2019. I'm comparing them both to the same age pretty much.
