Nothing wrong with fats like cream and ghee and fatty meats they use, but the dishes they make are very calorie dense and are creamy or oily and generally involve frying and include white flour and sugar (samosas, pakoras, naan, papadum) let alone all the white rice on top. Too much of everything and that aromatic fat seeps out of their pores. That's why they stink out gyms.
