Why are you addicted to sugar? Posted on January 29, 2023 by Anonymous Why are you addicted to sugar?
Sugar is good for you actually.
Pure sugar has low calories
the whiter the sugar, the worse it is though, as weirdly ironic as it sounds
if you're going to add high sugar to your diet, make sure it is unrefined sugar
im not. It gives me heartburn so its easy to not eat it. The only thing that gives me heartburn. ill eat the occasional sweet. But its rare. Thank you stomach for being more disciplined than I am
I'm not though? I got fat by feasting on fatty foods not sugar.
Just start smoking bro. Better to be thin and die of lung cancer than obese and get a heart attack
This doesn't work.
Healthcel seething at smokechads
I got very drunk and smoked 4 packs of cigarillos one night and got nicotine poisoning, I threw up everywhere and my mouth and tongue hurt for 3 days straight. I haven't been able to smoke without gagging since then,
>smokemaxing without prep
What did you expect?
I certainly didn't expect to piss myself that's for sure.
>got very drunk and
Alcohol has calories dumb dumb
I threw it all up anyways so what's it matter?
managed to get off candy seriously for over a month now.
a simple app that counted days/hours since... helped me the most because i wanted to always increase the timespan since sugar.
now food tastes SO much better. my whole appetite feeling changed and iam sooner satisfied i loose bodyfat without counting cal. its fucking amazing.
You mean to say, eating candy prevents one from turning into a moron?
For me it's wanting a little something sweet while I drink my coffee
Sugar is healthy, I don't care what anyone says, fuck low carb retards, fuck keto retards, fuck canivore retards and fuck you OP
Post your A1C, you won't.
Because candy is the only goyslop that always tastes as good as I remember
if you make your own candy then candy is fine because the time and energy it took you to make it negates the cost
but only if you give most of it to your parents because they haven't tasted real candy in decades
