I use a $2,000 home panel because it was supposed to help with my eczema. You know, I'm not sure it does much. Rinvoq helped my eczema, real immunosuppressants. That and clean living. Red light is real relaxing though and I kind of dig the 20 minute ritual to sit and meditate a bit. But I ain't sure it's doing anything.
