I am legitimately curious as to whether or not zoomers go to the gym at a higher per capita rate then millennials did at a similar age

I don't think they are, there's just a more prominent gym culture. I'm 36 and when I was young all the kids were either playing team sports or joined a general sports club where you would do a variety of things but mostly gymnastics and track and field. Maybe they weren't as jacked as some of the current generation but they had decent athletic performance. I've been fit my entire life thanks to that background.

It's very easy to maintain a decent physique in our age but their eating habits are awful, they're pretty much clueless on how the food they eat affects them and will probably see the results of that in the coming years.
