I grew up eating moderate amounts of animals products, I didn't experience the "muh giant steak" American experience until I was around 20, and by that time I wasn't really impressed. Currently I'm fine with 150g/day of chicken/beef/fish, 3 eggs and ~200g of dairy.
I've been eating anywhere from 1-2kg beef every day (but always atleast 1kg) for 2 years.
Only limiting factor is expenses, or rather feeling bad about spending alot more money on food than others, or rather a well-intentional-concerned gf who swears to kill me and marry another man if I die young.
Ecclesiastes says many things are meaningless, but that enjoying a nice steak isn't one of them. Sounds like a good deal on life for me.
I eat about 50-60g protein from meat, 50g from eggs and another 50g from various things like cheese and fish. I don't see the point in only consuming meat, although meat is one of the healthiest foods there is. There's a reason globohomosexual is going hard against meat - they want you sick and weak.
I don't like:
1. Buying meat (expensive)
2. Thawing meat.
3. Handling and preparing raw meat.
4. Cooking meat.
5. Eating meat unless there's stuff on it to make it taste good.
I eat meat + carb + veg mealprep for breakfast mon-fri and my family think that's really weird. The comments are getting a little bit annoying, just let me enjoy my chili con carne and rice in peace! I don't want to eat processed sugary cereal or mcdonalds for breakfast it's not good for me you fat bastards
>Why aren't you eating more meat?
Too expensive now and they recently changed the producers again so all I get is inferior halal meat from some Turkish asscrack factory.
If I want non-halal, I have to go biological, this means 35 Euros per kg of chicken breast usually or around that.
Go to Japan
they have a pandemic of deers there and need people whiling to live near by to eat them because they can't manage to sell the meat normally like normal meat due vegan regulations.

I eat only meat and it's been two years that I don't know the taste of a painkiller
Ugly Black folk
since there is no white tribe alive this day, here's some cgi for your homosexual needs
I already am eating more meat.
simply too lazy to cook it
scrambling eggs is so much easier and leaves so many less dishes than any kind of meat cooking
Since LIDL came to town I can afford it. 10 Oz grass fed steaks 9.99. Dollar Greek yogurt, lamb, eggs, cheap. Feels good man.

ayo dis homie gotta season he meat
Try swordfish or tuna.
I've read several studies that link eating red meat more than twice a week with increased risk of colon cancer.
Because I don't have to kill another guy to fill my belly
meat is unhealthy
