According to calorie calcs, if I want to lose 2/lbs a week, I would need to eat 2.5k given my height (6'4"). I'm on average eating like 2k or so a day and I feel like that is enough. I was eating waaaay more than that.
I have no intention on being on this for longer than a few months. I'm using it as a tool to get the ball rolling into a more healthy lifestyle.
I'm also about to start TRT as my Test was 300. I know getting your test at better levels will help with this too.
