What kind physique do you get from this? Also, do you eat the same amount of calories when you lift heavy and do calisthenics/body building? I’m doing something similar but I like the way you have it structured unlike my retarted “I’ll do whatever comes to mind when I get to the gym”. Thankfully I can still see my abs since I walk a lot.
Not >bald >out of shape >gymcel >fake natty (inb4 bald guy obsessed with gym is totally natty) >lying about injuries (no guys I feel great working out 20 hours a week!)
worse he's a super roided out crossfitter trying to sell programs to gullible young kids. telling kids they can train 7 days per week and recovery doesn't matter is like a magnet for young dudes to buy whatever bullshit you are selling. it's why the idea of "bulgarian" training is so popular and people keep trying to apply it bodybuilding and powerlifting and general lifting.
The frick are you on about? He's an S&C coach at UND. He's not shilling his own gym; he doesn't need to.
His training is aimed at athletes, not "bodybuilders" or powerfats.

He's selling random crossfit style workouts with no real programming at all and calling it "The Hoss Project."
Thanks for revealing that you never played sports in high school/college.
Plyo + weights + conditioning is not "crossfit style" you absolute buffoon.

Swimming.
>weighted jumps >zercher lunges >max snatch >front squat to box 2x5 >ride a skateboard 3 miles
excellent workout for a track athlete bro
Building leg strength and explosive power is useful for track athletes.
That is literally just random crossfit workouts. Athletes have actual programming and periodization. You wouldn't know this because you are a larper.
What kind of moron are you? You're looking at three example workouts and now claiming he doesn't program or periodize because you only looked at those three workouts.

You must be very busy person. I admire you. It takes less than one hour and half of training weekly to be on eternal maintainance to keep most of your gains.
You are a moron who doesn't understand that lifting is a fullbody stress. If you think a businessman's brain will work the same before and after a heavy squat session (because he just trained his legs, right?) then you are confirmed DYEL.
I don't want to + why would I? I only do cardio 6 or 7 days a week.
lol, i follow general powerlifting routine MWF and do bodybuilding/weighted calisthenics STTh. Then on Saturday I just do whatever lift or just rest.

walking is not exercise.

You know he's bald by choice, right?

He doesn't do crossfit, you numbskull.
he's essentially a crossfitter. he just doesn't train at a box. he shills his own gym. he even makes his own crossfit style amrap workouts.

You cant really take 3 sample days and comment on his programming philosophy
Will are you aware of the JQ?

cuz i'm not roider? simple as that
i do train 6 days per week
but i often take a second day off or off of one muscle group if i don't feel recovered
i do
Does anyone have a pdf of his hoss project book?
Nah, he's keeping that close and it's too niche for anyone to make into a PDF which is strange because it's an E-Book last time I checked.
Just watch some of his training videos, he displays the sets/reps and weight for his lifts sometimes and the book is pretty much that.
what does this guy do for neck
hand free chin ups by the looks of it
because i train 4 days a week
Training twice a month is enough to keep me in shape. Frick being a gymcel, I have to build my future and take care of the people around me.

Weight training improves cognitive performance
omega cope by an obese dyel larping as a "businessman"
my workouts aren't easy enough to be able to do them 6-7 times per week
who the frick is training? lmao. for 99% of IST users it's a hobby. i doubt even 1% is competing at anything.
I am though and always have.
not a gymcel on roids
I am.
this guy got black eyes im not trusting a word he says
because I'm natty and enjoy doing a variety of activities. 4-5 is enough.
>weighted hangs
