    Sleep apnea
    Diabetes
    Under eating protein
    Over eating carbs
    Tdee estimation is way off because you lie about your height, activity or intake to an app lol
    Not enough baseline activity to have normal metabolism
    Not eating enough of the right kinds of fat to have a healthy hormonal profile
    which compounds the deficiencies and potential non-absorbtion of what fat soluble vitamins and minerals your diet does have.
    Some kind of long term binge eating and fasting cycle that fricks up thyroid fuction.

    The trick to skinnyfat is a moderate diet and healthy habits not swinging from extreme diet to extreme diet with no exercise.

    Lift hard in a deficit until you see abs. Every skinny fatso pencil neck should start with a recomp.

    Then you bulk gradually.

      It heavily depends on how skinny/fat you are.

      If you're on the really skinny side but you're still 15+% it'll be better to bulk.

      if you're 20+% bodyfat you should cut no matter what.

    if all else fails auschwitz mode yourself whilst lifting as much as you can then hopefully you reset your body down to dyel bruce lee mode then you can slowly bulk on good foods whilst still lifting to hopefully build something resembling a human male

    Lift and either cut or bulk (SLOWLY).

    Staying in between is exactly what kept me skinny fat for a year.

    It was only until I bulked and focused on gaining muscle that I achieved a respectable ottermode physique when I finally cut.

    And then you can build up from there.

    Cardiomaxx. Eat 3 meals a day, no meals after 7. burn 1000+ calories PER DAY until the fat on your body is eliminated. Once you are lean as frick, start to eat more and lift more, reducing the cardio.

    People who can't "escape" skinnyfat hell don't want to leave. You don't bulk because you're afraid of getting fat and you won't cut because you're afraid of losing muscle so you stay exactly where you are. And every single one of you don't train with any effort. You think you do but you have no idea what effort actually feels like.

    Because you dont have muscles??? you maintain a bulk for 2-3 years, get reasonably big, most important shoulder/quads and lat/chest, then cut down, those 4 muscle areas will make you leave skinnyfat.

    Skinnyfat here. I bulked last year and it was great to get stronger but I also got fricking fat. I went from 15% bf to 20%. Now I've been cutting since the beginning of this year and currently about 16% bf. When I bulk again I'll definitely do it a lot slower, 2 lbs a month MAXIMUM
