Its hard to throw kicks and have cardio if you're thick and heavy
I can vary between 68kg and 78kg multiple times in a year
Ofc I'm not big, the right pic is just 1 week after the left pic. I cant get to 80kg or the future cuts would be too hard. I wish I can go to 85 90kg, but that would be too unrealistic for mma

The truth you morons are not ready for? This guy has used steroids. 99% of guys on gear look like shit. Even the ones who don’t look like shit (ie this guy) and are naturally skinny and not good responders to gear will look like this on roids
Not true necessarily. No gear is needed for this. I look almost this muscular and have only worked out seriously for about a year and a half. You just have to put in a lot of work, eat well, and sleep well. I probably have good genetics though cause I've heard I look better than my lifts belie.
There is a huge difference in looking almost like something and looking like something. That last bit of leanness, muscle and strength can take easily 5-10 years. If you look like that after 1,5 years of serious training (meaning you probably have trained in total longer than that) you have pretty much exhausted your gains. If you keep doing what you are doing you will more or less not look any different after that.
Its the opposite of demotivation. You can look really close to fake natties but that last ~10% difference is either not achievable or it just takes really really long time. Gains arent linear, you will understand it when you train long enough.
Your training sucks, simple as.
