is the fat near the belly "hard"? As in - you can't pinch it with a caliper, it just comes off as one big blob, right?
Well, if ^^^ is true, then I have good news for you- here's your diagnosis: You received a SHITTON of estrogen somewhere along your development. Go thank you parents, and good luck getting rid of that shit without taking DNP. Lmao.

For some reasons, zoomers and /fitizens think that ALL the human body complex chemistry rely on ''estrogens, test and cortisol''. ALL around three Steranes while we have literally thousands and thousands between hormones, citokines, eicosanoids, local peptides, etc etc etc

          Ok.
But there are other autocrine things more than ''tests and cortisol'' in the human body Anon.

Males lose weight from head and toe to the belly. So the stomach area is generally the last place to lose fat.

I can attest to this, I have a square jaw and body hair. Lost about 36lbs, my legs are lean as hell and my face is starting to thin out but I still have a stomach. Just gotta keep going.

Fat distribution. I have the same issue where I have no fat stored anywhere but my belly. Lose weight fatty

Because you're a dumbass who allowed himself to accumulate 30 kilos of extra fat for no reason. Therefore, your body got used to having 30 kilos of stored fuel. Now that it's gone, your lizard brain is shitting its pants and screaming like an autist cause it thinks you're gonna starve, so it's holding on for dear life to whatever fat you still have, namely the one on your belly.
    >inb4 what do
Eat salads, lean meat and dairy exclusively, cut even harder. You need to convince your brain that shit is actually bad and you need to burn those last stashes too, otherwise it simply won't let go of them. Belly fat is notoriously hard to remove precisely because it's the last of the significant energy reserves of the body.

Also, a no brainer, but if you drink alcohol, fricking stop. If you don't drink coffee/tea, fricking start.

not OP, but I have hyperlordosis, and now that I'm dieting and hitting the gym, it's so noticeable how my curvature is like 80% responsible for my belly looking bigger than it is, is there a fix for it? I was told strengthening back muscles and glutes helped, but so far I see no improvement.

Hi there, I’m here to provide an actual answer.

You don’t do enough cardio and you aren’t in zone 2 fat burning zone enough.

    It’s that simple.
