1)Couldnt get normal spring water barring one shop with foreign products, everything else had some purified water bullshit with unnecessary electrolytes that made me bloated and feel like shit

Nowhere in my post i wrote the water made me fat. It made me temporarily bloated and feel shitty though, usually it happens when i drink excess of water and this wasnt even a big amount. The electrolytes in it caused water retention and as you know bloat impacts the aesthetics of your body
