And it’s also easy for your body to completely gain everything back immediately when the fast ends
Once you start eating again your hunger hormones will kick into overdrive and make you binge like crazy for days/weeks after the fast needs
>nuh-uh that won’t happen to me!!
Yes it will, it happens to everyone who does fasting, its an inbuilt survival mechanism, when you stop eating your body makes it seem easy so you don’t KYS, then once you reintroduce food your body sends signals to your brain to eat as much as you possibly can to gain fat, incase of a future famine (fast) again.
Tracking macros and calories and eating properly, combined with years of lifting, and some cardio > Fasting and wasting away all of your lean tissue along side the fat.
Fasting is a good way to look like a skinnyfat Muslim jeet
Of course if a unhealthy person stops fasting they eat like shit. It's because they never learned how to eat right.
The starvation mode has been proven a myth. Metabolism doesn't slow down or speed up. Our bodies do. Your small motions you do while not thinking stop while fasting or dieting. You can balance your body's weight by keeping it at a consistent weight for 2 weeks after you reach your goal.
You can keep the fat off if you fricking learn how to eat right and exercise. High protein, high fiber, and organic vegetables.
If someone absolutely cannot learn to eat right because they are a fat frick, they can control their weight with intermittent fasting or OMAD.
didn't happen to me. did alternate day fasting for months and lost 75 lbs. Still hovering around 75lbs down. You'd have to actively pig out to get that kind of result. Just keep tracking you calories and don't return to old eating habits.

It's the opposite, actually. The more you fast and the least hungry you feel on the long term. I've been doing fasts for 8 years, and I go weeks without feeling any sort of hunger now.
The Eastern Orthodox, Oriental Orthodox and Roman Catholic Churches all did, you just didn't listen.
Hmmm. Misc lurker here, what’s with the red shoes?
They just look nice, everything doesn't need to have a deeper meaning.
Kek
Idk about the others but look up Catholic fasting and then come back and post that with a straight face
I like that sword. That's an unusual crossguard for the late 1400's. Does that syle really exist?
lol easy
Yeah, it’s easy to fast

So you end up becoming a fast/binge cycle moron
Found that 400lb lardass
Nope. 5’7 165lb shredded, visible 6 pack, veins on lower abs.

Post body then, lardass
>t. hasn't fasted for a week or more
A nice side effect is stomach shrinking. It's impossible for me to binge eat after a fast, I'd throw up.
I bet you eat out of boredom or whenever you're anxious/sad
Wrong
Wrong.

Fasting half not eating and half learning to eat less. You can't have one without the other you fatfrick.
redpill me on the ms-13 diet, will eating two meals of beans and tortillas a day help me lose weight in a healthy/filling way?
