You said I need to eat 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight (or 1g per 2.2kg). But plenty of studies debunk this metric. It turns out you only need 1.2g per kg of bodyweight. So since I weigh 63 kg (140 pounds), I only need to eat 76.2g of protein a day to build muscle.
So why did you lie?

okay dont do it then. problem solved delete the thread
By the way, I meant 1g per ~0.5 kg, not 2.2

Are you a women or something?
Why are you changing the subject instead of addressing your mistruths?
Post your breasts
Why would you want to eat less meat?
Why would I want to waste money?
Because i make six figures and enjoy eating steak
for normal people or for lifting and building muscle? That's probably why
For people building muscle
But the sticky says the same thing
Wait... you actually bought it? Read the sticky, newbie. It's your own fault for blindly accepting trollposts.
>this source said this, but this other source said that
do whatever works you fricking idiot
The only sources recommending 1g/pound are IST and broscience blogs thougheverhapsbeit
I only weigh 150lbs - so you tell me i need only 80g of protein?! Sounds too good to be true tbh
eat whatever you want gay im not your mommy
>Le stooooodieees
It's actually .8-1g per lb of LEAN mass. Most people are somewhere between 15-20% bf so actually around .64 to .8g per lb. I tend to go on the higher end especially when I'm working hard. It's not really that tough to get to, especially with a whey shake every day. Don't artistically worry about it.
a better metric is between 0.75 and 1g per cm of height.
its invariant to how much of a fatass you are
unless you're on roids, the above will guide you well.
err towards the higher end of the scale if you're on a cut.
Really? I eat 2.2 kg of meat per 1g of lean body mass.
Well it just depends on ur height, 0.8g per kg for a Manley and 1.2 for a gigachad, muscle length play a role here, but stick to 1g per kg it's easily attainable, we under estimate how much we eat anyway
It's a bill of rights not a bill of needs and 2g/kg is just right
