      just discovered this too anons. made a fiber stew from a leftover ham bone, potatoes, celery, parsley, carrots, black beans, garlic, onions, cabbage and corn. boiled with some chicken broth, salt and lard.

      surprisingly easy on the stomach, my shits have been solid and smooth on the release.

      The real threat from mexican cuisine is the oils because so many dishes are heavily fried. Rice and beans are a great staple to have, and takes care of a portion of any meal. Add some meat and veggies and you're done.

      I put a large pot of beans on probably every other sunday. Then freeze some for later. You really can't beat the value of rice & beans.

          I still usually have them once a week in a chili. Takes 10 minutes to prepare and tastes great with phenomenal macros, just minced beef onions, beans, tomatoes and spices. I like shred some cheese on it too

                You are backpedaling homosexual, you brought up oats because they are a good source of fiber, but claimed all you need is carrots and potatoes. I dont disagree that carrots and potatoes are good sources of quality fiber, but you will need more than just those to meet an acceptable amount of fiber intake due to their relative low amount, like how you eat oats for fiber. Beans are perfectly acceptable for fiber, and when combined with things like potatoes you get a good fiber profile. Stop trying to minmax health and nutrition you homosexual, and stop tripgayging.
