    You know how you won't lose a pound a day if you just stop eating? You also can't gain them that fast.
    Well maybe you CAN put on a pound a day if you're eating a fricking kilo of nutella a day, I'm not an expert, but the point is you don't just absorb 100% of what you eat, your body has a hard limit on how fast you can fatten up, the excess just goes out your ass.
