Why didn't I just lift properly 10 years ago?

Why didn't I just buy bitcoin 10 years ago?

Why didn't I just do that thing I wanted to do 10 years ago?

>bro time doesn't matter bro, you can always make it

No you cant, if you miss out on certain opportunties, you cant catch up, you miss out, youre fricked etc

>nah bro I started lifting at 27 and now im 35 and in the best shape of my life bro!

Keyword: best shape of YOUR life, which is still probably a utter dog shit physique, if you had started at 17 you would have made way better gains than had you started at 27 when your bodily structure is 100% completed growing

I am not even talking about "time spent lifting" I am talking specifically about the "time WHEN STARTED" lifting. Your results if you start as a teenager are going to be WAY different to the results if you started as an already fully formed adult.

If you're sedentary ALL throughout your physical developmental years, you'll have a DYEL frame for life, no matter what. The only chance you have of escaping a DYEL frame is to start lifting when you're still physically growing, which means starting in your mid teens or so.

If you start lifting at an age where your physical development has already finished, you cannot change that frame anymore, its set in stone.

So yes, life is very much a race, but its also about WHEN you start doing something.

Conclusion: I don't know, perhaps the best thing for a man who is late to the party, is to not focus on stuff that revolves around having started EARLY and got in EARLY, and to focus on perhaps something that doesn't require you to have developed mentally/physically around it when you were younger.

What that is, I am not sure, but I believe its 100% a waste of your time to try focus on getting good at something that requires you to have started a decade ago in order to be good at.

when is the time to buy in

  4. 9 months ago
    Anonymous

Im not sure what the physical version of this is when it comes to lifting, but a good analogy would be.

Why would you buy Bitcoin now when it is at a $500,000,000,000 ($500 Billion) Market Cap? How much can you expect to gain out of a asset that is already $500 Billion? This is why altcoins exist, if you can get into a altcoin when it is $50,000 - $5,000,000 Market cap and it pumps to a $500,000,000 or $5,000,000,000 market cap, you're going to see amazing returns, and thats an altcoin only getting to 1% of Bitcoins current value, this happens all the time in this clown world, so before you shit on altcoins as useless memes, think about it from this perspective.

So what is the physical equivalent to this? If you already fricked up and started lifting when your physical FRAME had already finished development, what is your best choice of action then? Obviously its not bodybuilding or olympic lifting, because those 2 require you have started young in order to see amazing results from.

    >b-but I dont need amazing results hurrrr durrrr

Why the frick would you do something if not for amazing results? Why even bother if you're not aiming high?

You're either very low IQ, or just trolling on purpose.

Do you actually believe someone who is physically active doing resistance training during their physical development is not going to have dramatic changes to their "default" bodily structure, compared to if they had just been sedentary with 0 resistance training throughout their teenage physical development period? Because if you think there is 0 difference, you're actually a fricking moron, because there is a MASSIVE difference.

It is possible to 'unlock' a certain amount of changes to your bodily structure after physical development is complete, through epigenetics, but that difference is MINIMAL compare to someone who unlocked epigenetics to change their structure during the developmental phase of their growth.

You think its "habit" or something that makes it so people who start late just cant get into the habit of physical activity, where as people who have been physically active since their youth are better able to develop their body based on "habit" or some kind of mental advantage, but that is all bullshit. The fact is your structure WILL be different if you start younger in developmental phases compared to if you started later, and that difference is what separates the people who look like they lift (despite not even lifting for long, or lifting seriously or perhaps not even lifting at all) and those who dont.(people who started as adults, who lifts religiously, but never seem to be able to look like they lift) who get mogged by people who were just physically active during their youth and developed a physically active structure as their default

Such as? Black person moron, your bones respond to pressure and remold during your entire life. That's important for strength training, not so much for aesthetics. And no, there's not a single shred of evidence that shoulder distance will increase from lifting, if that's what you mean by muh frame. Genetics.

You're just coping because you have no muscle mass. Lift and eat, you skinny b***h.

Source: I made it all up in my head and it agrees with my blackpilled self-Inflicted misery

Perfect is the enemy of good. Even if you COULD have achieved better results by starting younger, it doesn't mean you can't achieve adequate results by starting now.

If you had never brushed your teeth until your 20s, would that make it irrational to start brushing your teeth now?
