Literally the same height and weight as you OP. I've been told I have a nice chest and back but that my arms suck. I hate it. It is a drawback of being a tall chad, more prone to twig arms that just refuse to grow. I'm honestly just gonna go full on goyslop bulk mode. Try hit 90kg then reasses.

189cm and 77kg, still fat around my midsection and lower back. I hate it. I can bench 85kg for 5x5 but I have twig arms and all that, trying to cut at the moment but it seems so futile.

    >83 kg
that's ideal weight for someone who is around 176 cm (me), not a tall person

The rule of thumb is 7lbs per inch of height when making comparisons for men. This sounds excessive, but actually look at pics of guys of different heights and weights and you'll see it proves itself.

At 6'3", 182lbs, you're the equivalent of a 6'/182cm guy weighing in at 161lbs/73kg. Or a US average 5'9" weighing in at 140lbs. So, yeah, you're small for your height.

because it is, 87-88 you start looking somewhat big. anything under 80 you start looking like a model, you start looking ok/big at around 97, but you gain lot of fat to reach that.
