        You're just doing endurance and cardio. That's shit. Honestly you should stay away from both because all you're doing is burning calories. Ya sure healthier heart, but that will get in the way of hypertrophy. You need dumbbells. Adjustable. 8-12 reps per set. 5 sets. Train to failure. Ab routine too. Weighted
