    depends for what, beside doing ballistics which are fun and have their utility, ohp with kbs are the best.
    rows feel like shit with kbs, as well as most other conventional movements.
    use them as they're supposed to be used.

    KB work is great exercise, but add something like chin-ups and dips - or any heavy vertical pull and horizontal press compound - to complement it.
