1 hour a day for your entire life just to build up some curves. It does not even help unless you have everything else in order (nutrition and sleep). Most importantly what are we doing it for? Impressing others? For the sake of self-improvement? Nothing. We do it for objectively nothing. It is a purely subjective form of activity.

Well, it makes me feel good after. Not just in a "I did good, so I feel good" thing. Like the nice brain hormone drugs that you feel after. Like I miss running, runner's high was dope.

I'm doing it for myself. Its the next mountain to climb and in the time I didnt start climbing it, it only grew larger. I want to be a better man for myself and for any of my future children.

bait? I lift for 1.5 hours 3x a week, eat mostly how I want (I study nutrition and eat relatively clean) and idc about my sleep so much. sure I'm giga dyel by IST standards and I should try harder to cut some body fat, but normies and my gf think I'm fit asf manly Chad. it takes almost nothing to just do it and it'll make your life into your old age so much better and makes your younger years more fun

Why do any hobby? Play the guitar, read books, build model trains. They all have secondary benefits. With lifting you have Health, feeling good, looking good, discipline.. But I do it mostly because it's freaking cool

The only reason I'm able to lift and eat healthy consistently is because I'm a NEET with plenty of free time. When I eventually start wage slaving again I'll probably be too mentally and physically exhausted to exercise after work

There's this thing called priorities. Some people spend 16 hours a day working/sleeping. That leaves 8 hours to get ready to work, get to work, get home from work, and do whatever else they have to do. Have kids? Gotta deal with them. Got a c**t wife? Gotta deal with her. After all of those responsibilities, you then have to choose how to prioritize your free time. Working out vs literally anything else. Not exactly hard to figure out why some people choose not to be fit.

Do weekends not exist in burgerland? Wagie could do 2 hard sessions on weekends + 2 hours during the week and that's good enough if he's really busy

He could also work out during the week. Notice I never said he couldn't. Just that he chooses to prioritize other things over it.

You're making it sound like it'd require some sort of Herculean effort to overcome the average wagie's lack of free time when in reality all it takes is two 1 hour sessions during their busy days
So yeah unfit wagies are just lazy fricks

Here's hoping your elected officials keep porting military aged Arabs into your shithole country so that the bloodlines that led to an existence like yours is fully erased.

It's not easy when you have to have nutrition and sleep on point even on rest days. Sleep can vary much. You sleep 4h and can't fall asleep again, you feel like shit, you can't lift and if you do you are very likely to get injured, everything falls apart.
Wagie life is very demanding and programmed so that a slight deviation has repercussions

Not saying it's impossible to fit lifting but there's very little wiggle room, if you're single you really have no idea.

being fit is hard, the training is easy, but you have to eat pretty much same shit everyday, muscle tissue is very hard t omaintain, so the moment you think frick the gym and i eat what i want you end up looking like a fricking jello and as others said before, if you're an incel neet with nothing else to do yeah it is easy

The problem is not that it's hard, it's just that some people don't think it's ultimately worth the effort. When something is expensive and I choose not to buy it it's not necessarily because I can't afford it but because I think the price is not worth what I get out of it.

Most people are not good at time management, and even those that are might have other priorities. An hour a day is a big ask for many.

More exercise more work you can do. More work equals a better environment and more money. More plates more dates. More sexual choices. Healthier offspring with a better future. Longer life. Less medical expenses. It's not pointless at all. Obsessing is bad, but exercise is good and necessary.

Exercise is physical. Therefore physical MATERIAL things are the justification for it. The spiritual is different. Prayer and meditation are the exercises for it. Two different things.

      This is the real answer.
      >spend 2-4 hours a week excersizing
      >spend a few more hours prepping and eating healthy
      >be happier the rest of the time
      >live longer
      >be able to keep up with your kids
      >have less health issues saving time later in your life
      >have more energy to accomplish more
      >need less sleep
I don't think there is anyone who would argue against it after doing it for 3 months.
