I love Ryan Humiston. Some of his ideas are good since I don't have time to get to the gym and have limited equipment at home. I wouldn't waste gym time with proper weights on what he talks about though.
He has good video production skills and has mastered the art of clickbait and thumbnails. He also has the most subscribers.
If you're a dyel starting out and you're really enthusiastic about fitness, you type in some random exercise into YouTube and he will be the first that pops up so you watch. He will then throw around a lot of unessacary jargon to further his charlatan sales pitch. Lastly, he says "you too can look just like me as a natty just buy a program" and you have successfully become a grifter

He shows you 10 different things you can do, 9 of them is garbage meme-material but it motivates you to actually try to figure out the underlying anatomy on your own to eventually come to the conclusion which 1 exercise you should actually do. Keep in mind that these are free clickbait videos on youtube, not his actual progam - I suspect he would show that one really helpful exercise in 90% of the time. Also he keeps repeating fundamental and important points in his videos. Also I literally never seen one expert and programming I was completely satisfied with. Even Ben Patrick and Paul Zaichik have a significant portion of uneffective exercises, which you should drop in an instance from my POV. At the same time I learnd from them a tremendous amount and I can't ever be thankful enough for their scientific results. Nobody is perfect, Anon.
