This is why people think lifting weights gives you a "fricked up" body, its because most guys are like this, COMPLETELY UNTRAINED LEGS and a fully trained upper body. It looks really fricking weird, do they not see themselves in the mirror and think "yeah maybe I should even this out"

if you're a 6 4 guy who has always been skinny you will have to train legs a lot more to get basic proportionality
I'm 6'4" and I hate my skinny calves. I train them multiple times per week like an butthole and still they won't grow enough to not look like sticks. Tips?

Calves are a better indicator of how lazy someone is. And blowing up your gastrocs in the gym or fat people calves is obvious and doesn't count.

I have slightly knocked knees which makes my legs looks kinda skinny from the front. Yes my legs are sorta of weak compared to my upper body. I bench 3 pl8 for working sets of 5x3 not counting my warm up. I do the same for my legs.
I should be squatting 4pl8 for reps so ugh! Yes! I know! But they're way stronger than yours Black person. I'm working on It tho.
Because training legs is hard, it's not that complicated. I train legs a lot but I enjoy it because big number go up, and I don't believe that you can have legs that are "too big" or whatever that means
