why do they feel the need to plaster and embroider their fucking logo everywhere?

why do they feel the need to plaster and embroider their fricking logo everywhere? its so annoying and ugly and just ruins their otherwise high quality good looking clothes. I was looking on ebay for a nice camel colored sweater for fall and ALL the otherwise good sweaters from this company have a stupid fricking black logo on it, its so fricking stupid, it completely ruins an otherwise super clean look

The npc trend of hating logos is so hilarious. Even yhe tiniest embroidery sends npcs into a weird rage

logos for people to either impress others with the amount of money they spent for overpriced clothing or simply act as homosexual magnets for people to talk about how smart they are for being a walking advertisement

Poorgays. Ralph Lauren and Polo by Ralph Lauren always stamped the logo so real people (rich people) would know to steer clear of this shit. Ralph Lauren Purple Label and Ralph Lauren Black Label are never marked on the exererior. Purple Label is their preeminent offering and the fact you think logos on clothes is bad or a trend is proof you know nothing about fashion or the brand and are just reacting to an image as if it's a Rorschach test. You've been filtered. Consider yourself graced that I decideded to spend my precious time educating peon scum like you.

Lmao literally word for word what every npc says. Even including the 'walking billboard' part. Why is a rudimentary script your entire personality? Don't you realize how your 'thoughts' are literally programmed by an algorithm and you sound and say exactly what thousands of others 'unique individuals' say? How deeply unaware are you?

You can be a contrarian and still be the incarnation of an NPC, like this fella here

NPC's operate on a constantly swinging pendulum. Before they couldn't get logos big enough, now they shun them entirely.

NTA, but I don't advertise for free, let alone pay others to advertise their shit. If they want me to wear their logo I expect them to pay rent for that space.

I don't wear anything with those huge fricking logos they got on some polos. But all my t-shirts are Ralph Lauren; they wash and wear so damn good. Their Polo's are great. All their stuff is fantastic.

Unless it's one of those hilariously large logos, which still retain a lot of value in irony units, it's literally nothing. Ralph Lauren is such an established brand that it carries nothing in terms of status signaling. It would be like strutting about with a can of Coca Cola like you were Miley Cyrus leaving Starbucks. It and your concerns are fricking ridiculous.

        >Polo Ralph Lauren has nothing to do with Ralph Lauren, bro.
        you're wrong
these days the main Ralph Lauren brands are Polo, the Ralph Lauren Purple Label, Double RL, RLX, and I think they just brought back or bought back Polo Sport
the stuff you really want to avoid is the green label "Lauren Ralph Lauren" shit you can find in every department store; it's total Chinese made trash that only exists because of people confusing it for a typical Ralph Lauren product

Because thats part of what made them famous and lots of people want it. If you want basic items theres plenty of other brands that make similar clothes at a similar price level.

I don't care about the logo because I can get a button-up for 35-40 bucks during clearance time. I don't give a shit about the logo. I also buy their ball caps for 20-25 bucks during clearance time for golfing. It's also that only brand that's regularly in stock for LT (large-tall), so that's a plus in my book as someone on the upper end of 6'4". XLTs are too big because I ain't fat enough for them.

I dont mind the small pony logo. It's small enough to not be too obnoxious and adds some visual interest
