Actual woman here. I would say women gain weight easier (including myself) because we aren't as active as men. Men play sports, run around, walk a lot. Its getting rarer to see a woman like that. women are also more likely to emotionally eat, eat a lot, or just have some type of eating disorder. Plus with all the media influence, "fat is beautiful" and "woman power, we are better than men," yeah women are going to be fatter. My uni fem friends always look at me like I'm crazy when I ask them if they want to play a quick game of soccer or go hiking with me.
