        If 100 grams of pasta have 350 calories then 200 calories in raw pasta alone would be 57 grams without any oil, meat, sauce or vegetables. Assuming at least 50 calories would go to aforementioned ingredients leaves us with 150 calories which translate to 42 grams. Go and cook 42 grams and tell me you would call that a reasonable portion of pasta lmao. And that is a modest estimate.

      I do not know if this is a troll thread or what but

      100g of pasta (RAW) is 350-360 kcal,so if you cook it, you get 350 kcals for cooked pasta, now add 100g of chicken breast (raw 100g is 165kcals, usually less), so if you cook those 100g of RAW chicken you get 165kcals of cooked chicken. That's how math works.

      so add 350 + 165 gets youover 500 kcals of pasta and chicken. Now add a bit of sauce and whatever and you get at least 600kcals of food.

      You guys are all retarded here conflating raw food and cooked food. 100g of RAW chicken breast gives you less than 80g of cooked chicken but they both have 165kcals.

      100g of RAW past gives you about 220g of cooked pasta but it still has 350 kcals (ignoring calory loss of course).

      Don't be retarded, either count everything in raw or cooked but do not take cooked and try to convert it into RAW.
