I’m 30 and weigh the same as I did when I was 17, it’s alcohol and eating garbage combined with shit genes. If you just don’t drink or eat shitty food, you’re ahead of 90% of American adults.

you get alot less for your effort than before 23.

but thats not the same as getting no effort, or nothing worth it for the effort. It was just easy mode before about 25 for most people. But like most things, people find excuses.

Breakfast for dinner is great. 4 scrambled eggs and an avocado toast and a glass of milk.

I think it would be slightly easier to gain weight as age in terms of how your body works but it seems more likely that people get their jobs and money, their parents arent cooking for them anymore and it just slowly turns into garbage food all the time

Why would you ever feel guilty about breakfast for dinner? Breakfast is usually my most fiber and protein rich meal of the day, I'd probably be doing better if I had it twice

There was a decades-long study that found that basal metabolic rate doesn't decrease until your 60s. People get fat in adulthood because they don't move as much and they have more money to spend on food.

      >metabolism slowing down?
This is just a meme for fatties, it doesn't slow down noticeably until you are in your 60s.

      This.

Everything but the last one. If you lift more, run more, and have a clean intake you can do everything on that list. When will fatties realize exercise makes it so you can eat more and not have to worry

    >also I eat like a stray dog

    Disgusting

It just takes a while for bad diet, lack of exercise, and drinking to catch up with people. You don't really notice a couple of pounds on someone else, but it usually starts a few years earlier than 23. Maybe late teens. The average American adult gains 1-2lb per year, if I remember right. From 18 to 23, that could be five or ten pounds, and you might just start to notice around then. Then, as they continue on the same trend, you're actually paying attention it as it happens.
It's also very common for lifestyle to get worse after college. People stop attending clubs, playing sports, walking all over campus, etc after they graduate. Being very physically active gives you a ton of dietary leeway, and suddenly becoming sedentary can make your diet very unforgiving, especially if you keep drinking like a college kid. A lot of people aren't prepared for that.

It's the age at which people
    >move out
    >start working full time
    >become depressed
    >have to self-regulate
    >become 100% responsible for themselves
    >have disposable income to spend mindlessly on shitty cravings
Most people left to their own devices will instantly develop horrible suicidal habits by default. 1 fast food order per week becomes 2 then 4 then 6. Getting drinks with coworkers once becomes hitting the bar on weeknights then binge drinking at home every night. Skipping the gym once (if they even did it in the first place) becomes only going when you feel like it and then never again. Then they don't realize that time is going by 10x as fast as it was in high school and suddenly they're old, fat, and shitty with no way back. They were infinitely better off with mommy fixing their dinner every night because low IQs lack the capacity for self correction

around 23 is when the world starts getting real gay, your dreams die but you can't do too many drugs because you need to be somewhat functional to hold you goy job, so instead you begin to chug the slop to numb the pain

    >Why does everyone get fat after the age of 23?
Most people stop exercising regularly after they stop taking PE in high school. Most people stop walking and doing sports after high school/college. Most people drive everywhere once they get a job. Most people eat whatever they feel like after they move out.

Combine all these factors and it results being in a moderate caloric surplus after the age of 19-20. It takes a couple years to manifest visibly.

There's nothing biological about it. I decided to stop being fat at 26 and got back into my skinny high schooler clothes in about 5 months.
