I dont hate him but I just never been impressed with his physique or think he looks good so I disregard his advice. Wouldnt I want to listen to the people who I actually look up to and admire?
jeff is on gear regardless of what he says. its a felony in the US, easier to lie regardless of where you live.
and I do watch him cuz his advice on some exercises is pretty decent, and has provided me with alternatives. I don't squat or deadlift much, mostly aiming for hypertrophy. His advice is good for that.
I'm more curious of how in the frick you make thousands of videos on the same set of topics for the same set of body parts for so many years to keep a fitness channel that popular.
Why in the frick do people think you need the physique of a Greek god to be credible? He shits out videos with science and physiology behind it and has a coaching course. Maybe he invests his time being immersed in coaching people, keeping up with scientific scholarly research, and trying to maintain his own life over trying to hit the highest number in the arbitrary Power Rankings.
I guarantee you if you go to most of the people who look completely shredded, they'll throw some bro-science at you, give half-assed guidance, or mention their specific diet and not have facts to back it up.
