    Keto doesn't work, CICO doesn't work, carbs evil, carbs great, you shouldn't eat meat, you should eat only meat, don't know how anybody manages to succeed with all these experts out there telling you never (or always) do X. I know they're genuine experts cause they're wearing scrubs.

    Because people do not combine it with CICO. When I cut down bodyfat, I eat over 1000 kcals under my TDEE and use keto to speed up things.
    Also people think that keto = low carb, while true keto means that you eat less than 50g of carbs / day.

    Keto is fine for weight loss, only morons fail it. Last cut I went on keto to get the final stretch finished and it was great primarily because of the appetite suppression, I had to force myself to eat 1500 calories a day because i wasnt hungry. It probably aint good as a long term diet tho and would be terrible for bulling/gaining muscle.
