Why dont my biceps appear like this?

I measured my biceps and they are 17 inches, however they do not look anything like the picture. I am 6’4 220 pounds, I’m 47% body water, 11% bone mass, 48% muscle mass and 24% body fat with a bmi close to 27-29.5. My biceps are very horizontal however the thickness of it looks right however no one is able to tell it’s muscle because of the fat. Will it show like this if I lost body fat? I’ve been extreme fasting for 7 days and almost lost 10 pounds and I still can’t see that much of a difference regarding my biceps contrast. However I see a huge difference in body fat

    >6’4”
The guy in the video is probably half a foot or more shorter than you are, you tall freak. 17 inch arms on you is like 14 inch arms on a 5’10 guy. Anyway to answer your question your arms won’t changes shape that much but being fat will hide the details.

              Yes, you’re right

              >24%

You've answered your own question bro, get yourself down to at most 15% and then post again if u see no difference

You’re right, I’m losing fat so quickly tho, I’m starving like crazy, another week I’ll probably be down to 15-20

24% body fat is fat as shit from a bodybuilding perspective. You’ll never have definition that high unless you’re insanely muscular and even then probably not (think competitive strongmen)

I am a very muscular person comparing to an every day human, and I am extremely muscular considering I’ve never been to the gym, however thank god my parents put me through football and baseball, so I did a lot of exercises since I was 4 years old and now I’m 19 years old. I do lift a dumbbell everyday tho and I do 100 pushups everyday

Btw can someone explain what does 48% muscle mass signify? Is it good?

I don’t want to be a bodybuilder just lose my belly fat and be a strong person

                > insane starving

Careful anon this is usually not sustainable and the bounce back can be brutal and you risk losing lots of muscle.
A normal cut takes 12-16 weeks for 0,5-1 kg of body weight loss per week.

What do you mean by the bounce back? And yes I am being careful, during this starving process I’ve been taking these following vitamins. B6, B12, D3, Lion manes, Omega 3, A, C, E, Folic Acide. In the morning, I wake up, I only take a tiny slice of Afghan bread 2 inch wide, 3 inch long. I put a single slice of turkey and that’s it. Then I drink my water with creatine and then I do my 100 push-ups and lift dumbbells for 40 minutes (I usually do like 4 sets where the muscles burn so much and then I release) then I wait another 24 hours and do the same thing. I eat absolutely nothing after that

                > Btw can someone explain what does 48% muscle mass signify? Is it good?

You need to be precise; is it skeletal muscle mass or total muscle mass? I prefer the absolute number (kg) because % is skewed depending on your bf%

You just seem insanely delusional. Youre just sporting 17" fatceps that will probably barely be 14" at 15% bodyfat.
You also clearly have no idea what youre doing so you better start listening before you frick yourself up even further.

Again what is the point of this thread? Its funny how much of an npc you are because you are like literally every fatty who thinks they have "big arms". Back on T-Nation they used to call you "dreamer bulkers"

Yea I did 10 chinups at my friends house and they were very impressed because I look like fat frick but even if I’m fat and I’m physically very strong even if people think I’m just weak. And i consider myself Extremely strong considering I don’t do an official gym regimen

10 chinups is stellar for your size. If you want more muscle definition then it's just a matter of losing fat. You probably have 20 lbs more to go but sometimes even just 5-10 lbs can make a noticeable difference.
And mind you the guy in your pic has a pump going. That makes a HUGE difference in how you look until it wears off.

Fellow lanklet here (6’6’’), don’t be demoralized by having small biceps. Thats just the nature of having longer arms. Hit them harder and eat well. You might need 2-3x the time as a manlet to grow them out, but when you do, it will mog tf out of the dwarves

You are losing ~12 pounds per week and it is all fat?
To answer your question, you are taller than him, so your arms won't look as big as his even at the same circumference, and your bodyfat is higher. You'll be ok, just keep going

I think in summary OP you aren’t a weakling but you aren’t impressive and your arms would probably be more like 15” lean which is good for a normal height guy but probably average for a tall guy like yourself. Also starving yourself to lose weight is not healthy. Just keep working out and eat healthy, we’re all gonna make it.

That tells me a lot, bro. Also, if you fast so heavy it will come back and you might end up with saggy skin. Just put yourself on a controlled diet (for not losing gains) and do cardio. You got this.
