to a certain extent, they do. menopausal women sometimes take estrogen to stay "young" and from what I've seen it works, but seems risky for cancers. then again, it's probably their version of trt

Probably talking about anavar. Women can use about 1/5 the dose men need and get way more gains out of it because their hypertrophy threshold is already much lower without the testosterone adaptation
Anavar, Nandrolone, and Ostarine are the big ones for gaining with the least amount of masculization.
