Even if you are 100% dedicated to getting ripped it takes many months, even longer if you are fat. There are no shortcuts.
Because every-time I cut down until they're visible I feel small as frick, so I just stay as a 15-22% bf fat frick because then I look somewhat big. I'm never shirtless anyway, unless to take a shower, change or frick my GF
