Seek out a clinician and get whatever it is a diagnosis. Chances with modern tech are that there could be a prescription for you that can be a night and day difference.
"Sloth is a somatic skepticism, the way the flesh doubts. In a world of inaction, the idle would be the only ones not to be murderers. But they do not belong to humanity, and, sweat not being their strong point, they live without suffering the consequences of Life and of Sin."
>23 dyels get noob gains from benching or push ups 3x/week.
>"this is the first study to demonstrate..."
bros I hate exercise "scientists" so much its unreal
I do, having a lot more fun and gains compared to years ago when went to gym to do SS like a moron
what kind of routine do you do, anon?
I alternate every day,
one workout pullups, leg raises, pullup bar rows and dead hangs.
other workout handstand progression, dips and pistol squats
>pullup bar rows
what's the point of this one if you do pullups?
Also, are you not a fan of pushups for chest?
one youtube guy strongly recommended doing rows too. I also really like the exercise, it feels fun strengthens grip and gives an insane forearm pump.
did pushups before but now it feels pointless, chest is already exhausted
do you not take any rest days? I like the idea of working out every day to be honest
no rest days, I like doing something every day. in the start I overexerted a little but now I go to failures only every other workout then it feels fine, I think you have to watch your own body there.
>1 month
>Both groups saw muscular growth
>The group that did pushups got better at pushups
I'm curious about what their definition of moderately trained is, small sample size, needs a breakdown of the capabilities and stats for the trainees.
I'm doing calisthenics because I can't go to gym at the moment but theres nothing magic about either type of training, weights are just easier to progress because you don't have to change the exercise to create a greater stimulus, you just pick up a heavier object
"Moderately trained is defined as 2-6 months of training 2x a week"
Around here we just call that a dyel
Calisthenics will get 99% of people the body they want it's just that there's a difficulty in programming progression for most people who aren't autistic about this shit. There's a big difference between like "push-ups during loading screens" and guys working on handstand push-ups.
>programming progression
how does this work? What kind of program would you recommend for calisthenics?
