Bread is great source of carbs and protein, only buy fresh from a bakery or bake it yourself. Don't buy goyslop from the supermaket.

Also normies are somehow impressed if you're able to bake bakery level sourdough so it's good if you want to have veganal intercourse.

Great source of carbs, undisputed champion of the prestigious "worst source of protein" competition.

I love bread. Especially sourdoughs and brioches. But let's not pretend that this slave slop is a good source of anything but empty carbs.

We looked at pictures of grains, meats, and fruits and it was obvious we are not meant to eat grains but, we have to be respectful because they sustained us through the middle ages

Let's settle this once and for all. No one can consume bread regularly while getting/ maintaining leanness. Regular bread consumers who think they can disprove this, post physique.

And no, it doesn't count if you're like "I eat tons of bread!" (2 slices per day)
Anyone who can limit themselves to 2 slices without wanting more all the time doesn't have this problem thanks to their twinkish appetites.
