Why would I throw my physique against a brick wall at a sport where my long/bulky legs would explicitly be bad? I'd rather just do sports I have natural talent for like sprinting/muay thai.
You don't need that much to be an amateur. Find a gymnastics gym with a free time, they usually have classes as well. You may be the oldest guy there but you'll learn fast like anything else
