    Because your hammies are supposed to be about 2/3 as strong as your quads at any given time.

    That's just how most people's legs are built. If you can do 200LB on the extension machine, I would safely assume you can do about 120 on the curl.

    I only do zercher squats. Is this enough for my legs workout?

    I do 100kg for 5 sets of 10.
