I don't understand why you guys are so mad about it. I started it for the first time since two weeks and a half ago and I'm already down 4kg (roughly 9lbs) and feel incredible (my bicep veins are significantly more pronounced, which is proof it's not only water weight).
On top of that I'm incredible sharper mentally (to the point I no longer need adhd meth) and much less anxious or ruminating.
So what's so wrong about it ? I understand people get angry about the cultist aspect of it but I don't think there's anything wrong about cutting sugar and grains.
I mostly eat lean meats, green beans, broccoli and eggs, olive oil and butter,coke zero or monster zero once in a while. I shit much less than I used to do and am not as bloated.
I don't count macros or calories, I just eat until satiated and thats it. With a rough estimate I just know I'm under 50g of carbs a day.
Why you guys so angry about it. If it works it work
