        Pro tip, brining chicken breast before cooking is a game changer. It hardly takes any extra time or effort (just passive time you can do something else.) Just dissolve a couple handfuls of salt in a bowl of lukewarm water, add chicken for 10 to 30 minutes, rinse and cook normally.

    3. Pan fry chicken breast in 1 tbsp sesame or olive oil on high heat. Season with paprika, salt, chili powder. Set aside.
    4. Pan fry broccoli, red pepper, garlic, chilis in 1 tbsp sesame or olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Add 3 tbsp water, 3 tbsp onions sauce, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, bring to boil, let boil for 30 seconds.

    I'm a former fatty, lost 100+ lbs. When food tastes good I eat too much. Like a porn addict who has to whitelist every tube site, or a gambler who has to ban themselves from the casino, or any other kind of addiction, I can't trust myself to be around good food. Moderation works for a lot of people but left to my own devices I become the fat kid I was 5 years ago. I wish I could learn to moderate, but addicts don't have that luxury. Unpopular stance but having a borderline eating disorder is healthier and makes me happier than being fat

    If you want to get really lean, diet is extremely important, but strong? Just eat and lift. The most important things are your training and recovery. As long as you are getting enough protein and calories, just eat and lift

    Yeah I was eating pretty bland but then I bought that cookbook, essentials of italian cooking or whatever, and that changed everything for me. I had no idea you could make such delicious food with barely any ingredients. Now all my meals are delicious and fit my macros. Really like cooking now, not gonna lie. Got a new hobby out of trying to be IST
